The desire to mentor others comes to us in a variety of ways — we reach a moment when we realize we have valuable wisdom to offer and a desire to help others, to leverage lessons we’ve learned from the experience of our lives.
We might wonder if we have the ability and available time to make a difference or concerns our commitment will find us in over our head. These doubts and this cycle of thinking are the very issues that create the shortage of mentors where they are most needed in our society.
Catalyst Collective offers world class training to our volunteer guides and those who desire to help others experience the transformation that comes with connecting to their unique design and purpose.

Experience the Purpose Project
The foundational piece of what we do at The Collective Catalyst is what we call the Purpose Project. You can choose a couple of ways to invest in this life-changing process.
Experience the Purpose Project for yourself and/or your team. Regardless of age, most of us struggle with understanding our own unique design and how to maximize our potential.
When you invest in yourself by taking an individual workshop or take a team through a team Purpose Project workshop.
Proceeds from your investment in yourself and team provide an opportunity for an at-risk teen to experience the Purpose Project!
Become a volunteer as a Certified Purpose Project Guide. Often we shy away from mentoring or investing in a teen or young adult because we don’t know where to begin. We will provide a framework, process, and support.
