LIFE COACHING

There are two major components in life coaching for the young people:

a. Personality Assessment
This will help young people understand their unique self, to embrace the person that God has created them to be. This will also help them to learn to relate to others with different
personalities, and even provide some indication of possible career areas they may be more suited for.

b. Vision and Purpose
The life coaches will help young people to start thinking about their life goals and purpose. Some of them may have very definite ideas about their life dreams while others may not have thought that far. Their goals may be as simple as finishing university or landing a dream job. Learning how to set SMART goals and the under-girding principles of making dreams into reality is a life skill that will set them up for all stages of life.

Some young people may need one on one life coaching to deal with more complex issues such as anxiety, low self-esteem, addictive or destructive behaviours, etc.
